Café Zest is a exciting new concept, designed by House of Fraser and operated by digby trout Restaurants. Featuring light, comfortable surroundings, you can enjoy a wide range of freshly made light and healthy main meals and sandwiches, to the indulgent home made cakes and scones.

Opened in 1994 and now operated in partnership with digby trout Restaurants, the Albert Roux Cafés are in House of Fraser Guildford, Oxford St and Reading.
